Abstract : The study aimed to determine the employability status of the graduates of Bachelors of Elementary Education Batch 2012-2016. Descriptive quantitative design was used in this study. Data was collected from the respondent via Google forms through a self-constructed rating scale. The tool consisted of 30 items. The study found that majority of the graduates are employed and working full time and rest are pursuing further studies. The graduates who were employed acquired their first job right after the graduation. But few, graduates were unable to find a job because of lack of vacancies in preferred area or lack of position in the nearby schools. The study also determined that nearly all the work-related values and skills learnt in the B.El.Ed. program were mostly applicable in their current employment. This means that the learning outcomes of the B.El.Ed. program were relevant to their current job profile.
