Abstract : This comprehensive study delves into the intricate details of teacher morale in degree colleges in Hyderabad, shedding light on the various factors that play a pivotal role in shaping the effectiveness of their teaching. Through a meticulous mixed-method approach, the research team meticulously gathers both quantitative and qualitative data from a diverse sample of 200 teachers spanning across 20 colleges in the region. The data collected is subjected to a rigorous analysis encompassing descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. These analytical tools are employed to meticulously dissect and examine the myriad issues that impact teacher morale. By delving deep into the data, the research aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape the dynamics of teacher morale in degree colleges. Through a holistic approach, this study seeks to unravel the complexities of teacher morale, offering valuable insights that can inform policies and practices aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness.
