Abstract
:
The investigation of the present study scholastic achievement among high school students. Scholastic Achievement Test in Tamil (ATT) Constructed and Validated by the Jayanthi and Tamilselvan (2021) were used to collect the data from a sample of 250 high school students studying in Cuddalore District of Tamil Nadu State in India. The survey method had been followed and simple random sampling technique was used in administration of the research tools. Findings revealed that the Scholastic Achievement in Tamil among high school students is average, there is significant difference in the locality of the school of high school students with respect to their scholastic achievement in Tamil, there is no significant difference in the gender and student residence of high school students with respect to their scholastic achievement in Tamil.
