Abstract
:
The aim of the study is to find out the Self - Confidence of Higher Secondary School Commerce Students. In the present study self-confidence scale constructed and validated by Sansanwal and Smita Bhawalkar was used. For conducting the study simple random sampling technique and normative survey method has been used in the selection of the sample of as many as 583 higher secondary school commerce students in Cuddalore District of Tamilnadu. Findings reveal that self-confidence level of higher secondary school commerce students is high. It was also found that there is a significant difference in the self-confidence with regard to gender and type of family based on higher secondary school commerce students.
