Abstract : Mental health is one of the most influential public health issues as it is a major global burden of context in the worldwide. particularly women are important aspects for their own health and for the well-being of their families and children. The workplace atmosphere that seems unreceptive to women is caused by a number of underlying reasons. A claim of sexual harassment, contrary discrimination, may have a negative impact on a woman#34sigs psychological wellbeing. This research paper aim to exploring the Impact of Working Women#34sigs Workplace Culture and Mental Health on Teacher Leadership Concepts in the Education Sector. By examining This type of barriers this study is to provide that inhibit progress in the workplace where it’s found to decrease the stress of working women. Based on this our research question was formulated as following: “How are workplace cultures evident in collaborative elements of workplace wellbeing of working women?” The research was furthermore conducted in a qualitative manner an investigation was undertaken by using normative survey method by conducting a questionnaire with the working women randomly selected from three different profession like educational, medical, and IT sectors in Tamil Nadu, India. The study findings reveal that workplace culture of working women has significantly influencing their mental health. The study implications explore the Organizations play an important role, also the Government and Policymakers can take steps to ensure that every woman has equal right in workplace, education, work pay scale and other rights. The limitations of this study were focused only on education, IT, and medical field. The scope for future studies simulates the research on different field on addressing the research through different dimensions. The study findings confirm that every field of organization should create a positive workplace, inclusive workplace culture by welcoming for women from all backgrounds by ensuring that every woman can live their better life in the society.
