Abstract : Numerous studies have scrutinized the roles of both students and educators within the educational milieu. This research aims to explore the incorporation of core skills and elucidate their utility within the learning paradigm. Key stakeholders in this endeavor encompass educators, parents, community members, and the students themselves. Within the classroom setting, the learning trajectory is shaped by avenues of communication, interaction, pedagogical adeptness, and the endeavors of elucidation and evaluation. The cultivation of these proficiencies necessitates concerted efforts from both educators and learners, with each party tasked with making judicious decisions given the paramount importance of these endeavors. This study offers a conceptual framework aimed at elucidating the interplay between communication, interaction, foundational skills, and their integration within the learning continuum. Employing a hybrid methodology encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the research delves into the assimilation of basic skills into the learning process and endeavors to address pertinent research inquiries. The study was conducted among students and educators within primary schools in Albania#34sigs major urban centres, namely Tirana, Durrës, and Elbasan. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews and surveys administered to both cohorts. The insights garnered from this research endeavour are poised to furnish educators with valuable insights into the integration of basic skills within their pedagogical practices, thereby facilitating enhanced learning experiences for students.
