Abstract
:
In this study, an attempt has been made to study the attitude towards of the leadership traits among college students. The Attitude towards Leadership Traits Scale developed by Manoj Kumar and Phogat, Vijay (2022), were used to collect the data from a sample of 200 arts and science college students studying in Cuddalore District of Tamil Nadu State in India. The survey method had been followed and simple random sampling technique was used in administration of the research tools. The result of the analysis reveals that the high level of Attitude towards Leadership Traits among college students, there is significant difference in the gender and student residence among college students with respect to their Attitude towards Leadership Traits and there is no significant difference in the Attitude towards Leadership Traits among college students with respect to their locality of the college.
