Abstract
:
The investigation of the present study home environment among higher secondary students in Cuddalore District. The Home Environment Scale (HES) – Constructed and Standardized by Aaliya Akhtar and Shail Bala Saxena (2013) were used to collect the data from a sample of 300 higher secondary students studying in Cuddalore District of Tamilnadu State in India. The survey method had been followed and simple random sampling technique was used in administration of the research tools. Findings revealed that the average level of home environment of higher secondary students, there is significant difference in the gender, type of management and locality of the school of higher secondary school students with respect to their home environment.
