Abstract
:
The investigation of the present study mental stress of higher secondary students in Cuddalore District. In the present study the investigator followed normative survey method. The Mental Stress Scale (MSS) Constructed and Validated by the Sutha K and Mohana D (2018). The present study consists of 300 higher secondary students studying in Cuddalore District. The sample was selected by using simple random sampling technique. Findings revealed that the average level of academic achievement of higher secondary students, there is significant difference in the gender and locality of the students of higher secondary school students with respect to their mental stress and there is no significant difference in the mental stress of higher secondary students with respect to their medium of Instruction.
